MMG Studio builds conversion-focused websites and marketing systems for mid-market B2B and healthcare companies. We don't sell pretty. We build sites that support sales, reduce risk, and hold up under executive scrutiny.
We're looking for a Technical SEO Specialist who can own the search performance pipeline across our client projects. This isn't a "write some meta descriptions" role. You'll be responsible for auditing, fixing, and reporting on the technical health of Webflow-built websites and translating that data into decisions that actually move rankings.
You'll work directly with leadership. No layers. No committees. That means your analysis needs to be sharp, your reporting needs to be clear, and your instincts need to be grounded in how search engines interact with real websites.
What You'll Do
Conduct full technical SEO audits across Webflow-built client sites, identifying and resolving issues directly within the platform
Build and maintain performance reports using Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and SE Ranking, structured for client-facing clarity and internal decision-making
Monitor and improve site speed across all client properties. Slow sites cost rankings and credibility. Neither is acceptable.
Set up and manage tracking in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Data that isn't properly collected can't be acted on.
Run ongoing keyword research and gap analysis using SEMrush and SE Ranking
Integrate AI tools into your workflow. We actively use Claude Code and AI-assisted development, and we expect you to be comfortable working alongside those tools, not threatened by them.
Flag issues early and communicate clearly. Our clients operate in high-scrutiny environments where a broken canonical or missing schema tag has real business consequences.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience. This is non-negotiable. We need someone who thinks in crawl logic, not someone who's "interested in learning SEO."
Tool stack requirements:
SE Ranking: deep working knowledge of audit workflows, rank tracking, and reporting
Google Search Console: building and interpreting performance reports
Google Analytics: setup, tracking validation, and data analysis
SEMrush: keyword research, gap analysis, and competitive auditing
Looker Studio: building clean, client-facing dashboards and reports
Webflow: enough working knowledge to implement technical fixes directly without waiting on a developer
Claude Code and AI-assisted workflows: comfort using AI tools as part of your daily process
Beyond the tools:
A data-first mindset. You should be able to look at a drop in impressions and work backwards to a cause, not just report that a drop happened.
Strong communication skills. You'll interface with clients and internal leadership directly. If you can't explain a technical finding in plain language, this isn't the right fit.
Ability to meet deadlines without reminders. We operate in fast-moving client environments where timelines are real and slipping isn't an option.
