We are looking for a bright, coachable, and hard-working beginner who wants to grow with our e-commerce business.
No prior experience is required — training will be provided. Success in this role comes from problem-solving, attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to adaptive workflows.

File and manage disputes across various platforms, ensuring all required details, documentation, and timelines are handled correctly.
Track and monitor order shipments daily, identifying delays, exceptions, or issues that require follow-up.
Maintain accurate records within internal systems and spreadsheets to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Follow structured processes precisely while exercising sound judgment when situations fall outside the standard workflow.
Respond to dynamic situations with initiative and clear communication with the team.
