JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a HIGH-LEVEL Character Animator / Viral Video Creator for our mascot “Sunny” ??

This is NOT a normal editing job. We require at least a couple years of eqperience.

We are building a travel/tourism brand called InfoAlanya, and Sunny will become the main mascot/face of the brand across:
• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• Facebook
• YouTube Shorts
• Advertisements
• App promotions
• Tourism/travel content

Our goal is to create:
• Cute
• Emotional
• Funny
• Viral
• High-quality short-form videos

IMPORTANT:
We are NOT looking for basic CapCut edits.
We are looking for someone who understands:
• Character branding
• Mascot consistency
• Viral storytelling
• Social media psychology
• Cute/cartoon personality animation

Sunny must feel like a REAL character with personality.

What we need from you:
• Create videos using Sunny in many situations
• Make Sunny feel alive and consistent
• Help build a recognizable mascot/brand
• Create engaging social media content continuously
• Follow our visual direction and branding

Examples:
• Sunny at the airport helping tourists
- Sunny as a guide in Alanya
• Sunny on the beach
• Sunny in restaurants
• Sunny with taxi drivers
• Sunny watching football
• Sunny promoting tours
• Sunny helping tourists in Alanya
• Funny/cute reaction videos
• Emotional travel ---------- nts
• Viral tourism content

Skills we are looking for:
• Strong Character Animation skills
• Strong Motion Graphics skills
• Understanding of TikTok/Reels pacing
• Experience with AI-assisted video workflows
• Ability to keep character consistency
• Creativity and storytelling
• Fast turnaround

• Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro skills
• Strong Adobe After Effects skills (very important)
• High-level understanding of TikTok, Reels and viral short-form editing
• Experience with AI video tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to create cinematic, emotional and highly engaging content
• Strong motion graphics and animation skills
• Professional storytelling and pacing
• Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
• Excellent English communication
• Reliable, professional and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow branding and creative direction precisely

BIG advantage if you know:
• Adobe After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Character Animator
• Cartoon/Mascot animation
• AI video tools
• Short-form viral editing

VERY IMPORTANT:
We need someone who can keep Sunny looking CONSISTENT across all videos.
This is one of the most important things for us.
