We're a large health brand selling primarily in the US. We run entirely on Meta and Google, and every creative decision is driven by data. We invest heavily in what works, and reward results.
We're looking for a Video Editor who can edit and think like a marketer. You'll be paid per concept delivered, with consistent volume available for editors who hit our quality bar. Pay is scaled by length and complexity:
$6 - $10: shorter, simpler edits (UGC-style, basic cuts/captions, 90 seconds or shorter)
$10-$15: longer edits (1.5–3 minute concepts)
$20: high-complexity edits (AI animation, advanced VFX)
You'll have access to our brief, raw footage library, and performance data, and you'll work async with our creative team.
What You'll Do:
-Edit high-converting Meta ads with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and transitions
-Produce AI animation ads using tools like Higgsfield, HeyGen, and Kling
-Iterate on winning concepts based on real ad performance data
-Turn briefs into scroll-stopping direct response creatives
You MUST Have:
-Proven experience editing Meta ads for performance-driven DTC brands
-Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield, HeyGen, Kling, or similar) — this is required, not a nice-to-have
-A strong portfolio of short-form direct response ads
-Reliable turnaround and the ability to take on multiple concepts per week
-Marketer's eye: you understand why an ad converts, not just how to cut it - MUST HAVE
