Job Title: Video Editor (Project-Based | Real Estate & Short-Form Content)

About Us:
We are a U.S.-based vacation rental company focused on creating high-quality, engaging video content for our properties and brand. Our content ranges from luxury property walkthroughs to short-form social media videos designed to stand out and drive engagement.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a talented video editor to work with us on a per-project basis. This is not a full-time or subscription role — we will assign projects as needed based on our content pipeline.

Project-based: 20–200 USD per project depending on scope” or “Paid per video: 30–80 USD per 30–60 sec video (depending on complexity).

Types of Videos You’ll Edit:

Real estate walkthroughs (luxury-focused)

Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts (fast-paced, engaging edits)

Talking-head videos

Creative/social content (including fun or “roast-style” edits)

Guest instruction videos (parking, check-in, FAQs, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos

Add captions, transitions, music, and B-roll where appropriate

Apply consistent color grading and brand style

Deliver content optimized for social media platforms

Meet agreed deadlines for each project

Requirements:

Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills (please include links)

Experience with short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Ability to create engaging pacing and storytelling

Good understanding of modern editing styles and trends

Reliable communication and turnaround times

Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)

Nice to Have:

Experience editing real estate or hospitality content

Motion graphics or light animation skills

Ability to suggest creative improvements (not just follow instructions)

Compensation:

Paid per project (rates will vary depending on scope and complexity)

Ongoing work available for the right fit
