I produce and sell ~100-page PDF ebooks across my YouTube channels. The entire production workflow runs through Claude — you'll iterate with Claude to produce the book content, the image prompts, and the marketing material. I'll provide the Claude account.
This is not a design job. This is a Claude iteration job. The skill is patience — knowing when a draft is good enough, knowing when to push back on Claude, and consistently shipping books that don't need to be redone. Claude does most of the heavy lifting, you just need an eye for design to notice details that are wrong
**A typical week:**
- Produce 2-3 ebooks per week (100-page PDFs via Claude iteration)
- Iterate on image prompts with Claude until the output is right
- Quality-check that diagrams actually make sense for the topic
- Build the marketing material per ebook: cover, character-holding-book mockup, QR codes, social variants
- Find new ebook ideas by scraping problems and questions in our niches and scraping comments on our YouTube videos
- Generate strong book titles Cover and chapter concepts
**Pay structure:**
- Start: $30/book ($300/month for 10 books)
- After consistent quality (no rework needed): $40/book ($400/month)
- Extra books beyond 10/month are paid at your current per-book rate
- Future: as we add courses and other products, hours and pay grow
This means your income is directly tied to the quality of your output. If you ship clean work consistently, you ramp up fast.
**You're a strong fit if:**
- You have real experience iterating with Claude (not just one-shot prompting — actual back-and-forth refinement)
- You're patient — you'll iterate the same image prompt 10 times until it's right
- You're detail-oriented — typos and broken diagrams come back as rework
- You have a good eye for what "looks good" — you know when something is off even if you can't always articulate why
- You have strong written English
- You're reliable and consistent — same output quality on ebook #1 and ebook #50
- You're looking long-termd
