JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an employee to help with our daily bookkeeping and buying inventory. We are a high volume e-commerce business. You will be responsible for data entry transposing of cost of goods into sales and calculating out the profit each shift. This is time sensitive data which we will double checked daily by our on site manager. Accurate bookkeeping and double checking your work to ensure mistake-free data entry is highly important. Pay raise possible with effective work presence and time with the company.

Pay starts at $1.50/hour set for the first few weeks, there is a raise to $2/hour the second month when you will have additional tasks and opportunities for raises each month by $1/hour extra after the $2/hour initial raise, up to $10/hour by month 11. We are seeking employees who start at $1.50/hour as a test rate for the first few weeks to make sure it's a good fit, but can get promoted and pay raises each month and move onto covering more advanced roles within the company. On the 1st of every month, we have a team Zoo ---------- eting to discuss everyone's progress and promote if the last month's activities meets expectations. ATTENTION: We have a zero-tolerance policy for OE, time-theft, idle-faking, or multi-jobbing during the hours you are working here. It was very destructive to my small business in the past having bad actors who worked multiple jobs during the same hours they were working here and they can cause thousands of dollars lost during critical tasks after they were promoted to buying and moderation of livestream sales. We only want to work with honest longterm employees who want to grow with us and not cause problems and losses for us due to distracted multi jobbing causing mistakes. Hence, the monthly $1/hour extra promotional structure to higher than average pay if expectations are met.
