We're hiring a Recruiter who wants to earn more than their hourly rate. Your base is $3–$4/hr, but the real money is the bonus: you earn $10 every time an appointment setter you recruited closes a sale. No cap. No expiration. As long as your recruits keep producing, you keep getting paid.

What you'll do
- Source experienced PH-based appointment setters / outbound dialers from OnlineJobs.ph,
- Screen applicants by phone - voice quality, English fluency, dialer experience, work ethic, internet/power backup setup
- Run a short paid trial / mock call with shortlisted candidates and recommend the best to us for hire
- Stay in touch with the setters you placed - their performance is your bonus. Coach them, encourage them, alert us if one is
slipping so we can save them before they quit
- Keep your pipeline full so we always have 2-3 vetted setters ready to onboard
Compensation
- Base: $3-$4/hr (depending on experience), paid weekly via OnlineJobs.ph EasyPay
- Bonus: $10 per closed sale from any setter you sourced. Paid weekly alongside base. Bonus continues for as long as that setter is active with us - no cutoff.
- Realistic example: A team of 5 productive setters closing 1 sale per day each = ~100 sales/month = $1,000/month bonus on top of your hourly. Your job is to build and keep that team.
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week
- US business hours (approximately 9 PM - 6 AM Manila time, Monday–Friday)
- This overlap matters - you'll be screening setters who work the same shift
What we need from you
- 1+ year recruiting / HR / talent sourcing experience (BPO or VA agency background a big plus)
- Strong spoken and written English - you'll be on screening calls daily
- A track record of placing people who actually stayed and produced (we will ask for specifics)
- Reliable laptop, fiber internet, backup power, quiet workspace
- A genuinely competitive personality. You should care that your recruits perform, because your income depends on it.
About us
We run multi-vertical outbound campaigns (insurance, home services, B2B) on a modern dialer/CRM platform. Our setters get clean lists, real training, and weekly pay. Your job is to find us more of them.
