JOB OVERVIEW

Company Overview
We operate a growing network of YouTube channels in the gardening, homesteading, and lawn care niches. Our operation is powered by a custom-built AI production platform called GardenFlow that automates the entire video production pipeline — from script generation and voiceover synthesis to thumbnail creation and Google Drive delivery. We are a small, fast-moving team that ships daily and treats AI tools as force multipliers, not novelties.
We are looking for a Vibe Coder / Prompt Engineer to join the team full-time and take ownership of building, extending, and maintaining the AI-powered tools and workflows that run this operation.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility is building and improving the internal tools that power our YouTube channel network. This is not a traditional software engineering role — you will work almost exclusively through AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, Manus) to ship features, fix bugs, and build new products. The role breaks down into three areas:
Platform Development & Maintenance. You will own the day-to-day development of GardenFlow, our production web application built with React, TypeScript, tRPC, and Tailwind. This includes fixing bugs, shipping new features, improving the UI/UX, and keeping the platform stable as we scale. You will also build and maintain API integrations with third-party services (image/video generation providers, TTS providers, YouTube Data API, Google Drive API).
Analytics & Reporting. You will build a centralized analytics dashboard — an admin panel behind our webstores — that serves as a single pane of glass for the entire operation. On the webstore side, this means tracking revenue, conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, traffic sources, abandoned carts, and funnel drop-off. On the YouTube side, this means pulling in views, click-through rates, watch time, subscriber growth, and revenue per channel. The goal is to give the team real-time visibility into what is working and what is not, without needing to check five different platforms.
New Product Development. As the operation grows, you will help build new consumer-facing products — including ebook webstores with Stripe payments, email delivery, and A/B testing. Down the line, this may expand to include a consumer mobile app (think PictureThis-style plant identification) and other digital products in the gardening space.
What We Are Looking For
You must be highly proficient with AI coding tools. This means you can take a feature request, break it down, prompt an AI assistant to generate the code, review and debug the output, and ship it — all within hours, not days. You should be comfortable working with React/TypeScript/Node.js codebases even if you did not write every line by hand. You need to understand what the code does, why it works, and how to fix it when it breaks.
You must be a proactive self-starter. This is a small team. Nobody will write you a detailed spec or hold your hand through implementation. You will get a Loom video or a ---------- message describing what needs to happen, and you figure out the rest. If something is broken, you investigate before being asked. If you see an opportunity to improve a workflow, you flag it and build it.
You must be chronically online and responsive. This is a remote role, but we move fast. Your core working hours are 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Manila Time (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET), Monday through Saturday. During these hours, you are expected to be actively working and reachable. Outside of core hours (and excluding Sundays), you must be reachable via ---------- mobile in case of emergencies — you are the only code person on the team, so if the webapp breaks at an odd hour, you are the one we call. Sundays are fully off. This is not a role where you clock in and clock out — we need someone who genuinely cares about keeping the operation running.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with any of the following is a plus but not a dealbreaker: building analytics dashboards or working with YouTube Analytics / Google Analytics APIs; Stripe payment integration and e-commerce flows; prompt engineering for image/video generation models; mobile app development (React Native or Flutter); experience with Drizzle ORM, tRPC, or similar TypeScript-first stacks.
Compensation

Base Retainer (Months 1-3): $600 USD / month
Base Retainer (Month 4+): $800 USD / month (based on performance)
Maximum Monthly Earnings: Up to $2,000 USD / month (base + bonuses)
Payment Method: Wise or Binance
Payment Schedule: Monthly, within 10 business days of invoice

What We Provide
All software subscriptions required for the role are covered by us. This includes AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Manus), API credits, and any other SaaS tools needed for the job. You are responsible for your own computer, internet connection, and home office setup.
Contract Details

Type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Term: 12 months initial, auto-renewing annually
Hours: Full-time, flexible schedule within core hours
Core Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Manila Time (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CET), Monday to Saturday

Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Exclusivity: Full dedication required — no side projects, no other work.

How to Apply
Send your application with the following:

Link one project that you built with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, Manus, etc.), and describe what you built, how you built it, how much of it you built, what tools you used, and how long it took you to build it.
Have you used Manus AI before? Simple yes or no.
A link to any portfolio / GitHub profile that demonstrates your ability to ship working software.

Do not send a generic cover letter. We want to see that you actually read this post and understand what the role involves.
