JOB OVERVIEW

Title: Full-Time Executive Virtual Assistant (Philippines-Based, Remote)

We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support a fast-moving entrepreneur across business, family operations, delegation management, research, admin, and execution support.

This is a high-trust, long-term role for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, fast, resourceful, and strong in written English. You will not just complete tasks. You will help manage systems, vendors, follow-ups, delegation platforms, and workflow execution.

A major part of this role is delegation management. I have a large backlog of tasks that can be routed to services like Fancy Hands and Fiverr, but I do not have time to manage all the follow-up, communication, quality control, and completion tracking myself. You will help turn these platforms into a reliable extension of our operations by making sure tasks are clearly scoped, submitted correctly, followed through, and closed out properly.

This role is ideal for someone who loves order, enjoys turning chaos into systems, and can manage many moving parts without dropping details.

Core responsibilities:

email and admin support
research and summary prep
spreadsheet and database updates
SOP formatting and process documentation
calendar and task coordination
tracking follow-up items
managing Fancy Hands requests from start to finish
posting and managing Fiverr projects
reviewing submitted work and flagging issues
routing tasks to the correct person or platform
maintaining status dashboards
light project management across personal and business operations

You may also help with:
document formatting
file organization
lead tracking
vendor comparisons
travel research
household operations tracking
delegation queue management
QA review of outsourced work

We are looking for someone who:
is based in the Philippines
has excellent written English
is highly reliable and organized
can work full-time U.S.-aligned hours or with substantial overlap
has experience as an executive assistant, operations assistant, project coordinator, or high-level VA
is comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, task tracking tools, and AI tools
is proactive and comfortable following SOPs while also using judgment

Huge plus if you have experience with:
Fancy Hands or similar delegation platforms
Fiverr project coordination
Airtable, Notion, Asana, or Google Sheets task management
OpenAI or AI-assisted admin workflows
light QA and vendor management
