We’re growing fast and looking for someone to build and lead our Client Experience function from the ground up.

About the Role

This is not a typical customer support role.

You’ll own the full client experience — from first inquiry to repeat orders — while creating the systems, processes, and communication standards that make working with us smooth, professional, and scalable.

You’ll work closely with Sales, R&D, QA, Production, Packaging, and Logistics to improve client communication, reduce delays, prevent issues, and strengthen long-term relationships.

We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, calm under pressure, and highly resourceful — someone who can create structure from chaos.

What You’ll Do:
Improve the client journey from onboarding to production
Build SOPs, templates, workflows, and reporting systems
Manage client communication and escalations
Improve sample-to-PO conversion and repeat order rates
Run client feedback and NPS programs
Manage online reviews and social inbox communication
Coordinate with internal teams to solve issues quickly
Help build and train a future support team

What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years experience in client experience, account management, operations, or customer success
Strong written communication skills
Experience building systems and improving processes
Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally
Highly organized with strong follow-through
B2B experience preferred
Cosmetics, manufacturing, or skincare industry experience is a plus
