**OVERVIEW:**
Evolution Restoration & Renovation is a US-based restoration company specializing in insurance-driven projects — mitigation and full reconstruction. We work directly with carriers, TPAs, and adjusters. We are looking for an experienced Xactimate Estimator who understands how to build, justify, and support insurance estimates.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for candidates with real, hands-on experience in insurance estimating environments — writing scopes, negotiating with adjusters, and getting estimates approved.
You will receive: photos of the loss, Matterport scans, and a short damage report. From that, you build a complete estimate and support the approval process.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Write mitigation and repair estimates in Xactimate
- Communicate with TPAs and adjusters to reach approved scopes of work
- Prepare and submit supplements to insurance companies
- Create subcontractor scopes of work based on approved estimates
- Support project managers by reviewing estimates and explaining line items
- Write clear, structured estimate notes that justify scope and pricing
- Revise estimates based on adjuster feedback
- Maintain organized, well-documented claim files

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- Xactimate (REQUIRED — both mitigation and repair/rebuild)
- Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, and adjusters
- Experience handling supplements, revisions, and scope negotiations
- Ability to build estimates from photos, Matterport scans, and damage reports
- Minimum 120 estimates written
- MICA experience strongly preferred — candidates with hands-on MICA experience will be prioritized
- Strong written English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

**COMPENSATION**
- 2–3 years experience: $600 – $900/month
- 3–5 years experience: $900 – $1,200/month
- 5+ years (advanced): $1,200 – $1,600/month
