JOB OVERVIEW

Sales & Wholesale Development Representative

We are a rapidly growing grooming and beauty brand looking to expand our team with a motivated and experienced Sales & Wholesale Development Representative.

This role is focused on helping grow the brand through wholesale account acquisition, outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

* Generate new wholesale accounts and business opportunities
* Conduct outreach through social media, email marketing, phone calls, and networking
* Research and connect with barber schools, cosmetology schools, beauty academies, distributors, and retail partners
* Help establish partnerships and open new opportunities within the hair and beauty industry
* Follow up with leads and maintain organized communication pipelines
* Work closely with our internal team to execute growth strategies and sales initiatives
* Assist with market research and identifying new sales opportunities
* Maintain professional communication and represent the brand at a high level

## Requirements

* Fluent in English
* Proven sales experience with a strong track record of generating results
* Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
* Experience with wholesale sales, outreach, or account management is preferred
* Ability to work collaboratively with a professional and fast-paced team
* Self-motivated, organized, and growth-oriented mindset
* Familiarity with the barber, grooming, beauty, or hair industry is a plus
