JOB OVERVIEW

About us:
We run Reddit marketing for B2B SaaS clients (monitoring, commenting, campaigns, subreddit rules). We use internal tools and clear playbooks. We need someone who can run the work, not someone who waits to be babysat.

The problem we are solving
Our lead VA should not need constant reminders, step-by-step guides on every task, or someone checking their work all day. We need a self-starter who understands Reddit, follows strategy, and reports when something is blocked.

Role
- Full-time Reddit Marketing VA

What you will do:
- Find and engage on relevant Reddit threads (comments/posts) per client strategy and personas
- Use our dashboard (Campaign Planner, Subreddit Tracker, monitor) and log every attempt (success / removed / failed)
- Respect subreddit rules: karma, account age, strict vs casual subs
- Keep subreddit notes updated (min karma, risky/blocked status, what got removed and why)
- Warm and use Reddit accounts safely (no spam bursts, no copy-paste promo)
- Flag issues early (bans, removals, account problems) with a short summary and what you tried
- Coordinate with the team on Slack without needing to be chased for updates

Must have:
- Real Reddit experience (personal or professional). You understand karma, mods, automod, and why accounts get banned
- Proactive: you suggest the next post, next sub, or fix without being asked
- Fast turnaround on assigned queues (same-day execution when tasks are clear)
- Good English (writing comments that sound human, not AI-generic)
- Reliable internet, can work full-time
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Slack, and learning a web app quickly

Strong plus:
- Experience with SaaS, marketing agencies, or community management
- You have run multi-account Reddit workflows before
- You read subreddit rules before posting and document learnings for the team

Not a fit if:
- You only work when someone pings you every hour
- You need handholding on basic Reddit tasks every day
- You treat Reddit like “post ads everywhere”
- You are slow to respond or miss deadlines without notice

Compensation
$1,200 USD / month (paid biweekly). Growth possible if performance is strong.

Schedule
Full-time at 7 AM - 3 PM PST
