Overview:
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of incoming service tickets and make sure jobs get scheduled, assigned, and completed smoothly. This role sits at the center of operations, coordinating between clients, technicians, and service platforms.
If you have experience in dispatching and understand low voltage work (cameras, cabling, access control), you'll do very well in this role!
What You'll Do:
- Receive and review incoming client tickets
- Coordinate scheduling based on urgency, location, and technician availability
- Post and manage jobs across technician networks and internal systems
- Assign technicians and confirm scope, materials, and timelines
- Monitor job progress and follow up on updates, delays, or issues
- Ensure all jobs are completed properly with documentation and photos
- Communicate with clients regarding job status and completion
- Help clarify scope or basic technical questions when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in dispatching/ticket coordination/service scheduling
- Familiarity with managing remote techs or subcontractors
- Basic knowledge of low voltage, including
- CCTV/camera installation
- Cat53/Cat6 cabling
- Access control systems
- Intrusion and Fire Alarm Systems
- Troubleshooting and basic repairs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tickets at once without missing details

Nice To Have:
- Experience working with US-based clients
- Background in IT, networking, or low voltage work
- Experience reviewing scopes of work and technician reports
