We are an Australian eCommerce company operating multiple brands across different industries. Our business focuses on building, sourcing, launching and scaling product-based brands for the Australian market.

Our brands cover a range of sectors, including office products, building maintenance, mobility and disability products, lifestyle products and other growing product categories.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Google & Bing Ads Manager who can lead our paid search strategy, improve campaign performance and help scale revenue across multiple eCommerce brands.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Google & Bing Ads Manager to manage, optimise and scale our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads, with experience to handle annual budget of $500,000 to $1million AUD.

This is a management-level role suitable for someone with strong experience in eCommerce advertising, Performance Max, Shopping, Search, remarketing and campaign structure. You will be responsible for improving ROAS, managing budget allocation, developing paid search strategy and working with the internal team to execute high-performing campaigns across multiple brands.

You will also be expected to provide clear reporting, identify growth opportunities and guide the team on best practices for paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads campaigns across multiple eCommerce brands.
Develop paid search strategies to increase revenue, improve ROAS and scale profitable growth.
Manage Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Display, remarketing and Bing Ads campaigns.
Review and improve campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding strategy and budget allocation.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
Improve product feed performance in collaboration with the internal team.
Analyse search terms, negative keywords, conversion data, audience signals and campaign segmentation.
Identify underperforming campaigns, products and keywords, and provide practical improvement plans.
Create testing plans for ad copy, landing pages, product groups, audiences and bidding strategies.
Work with internal marketing, content and product teams to improve campaign assets and conversion performance.
Provide regular reporting with clear insights, actions and recommendations.
Lead paid ads planning for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns and new brand growth.
Support the team with paid search knowledge, campaign standards and best-practice processes.

Key Requirements
Strong experience managing Google Ads for eCommerce businesses.
Strong experience with Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
Experience with Microsoft Bing Ads.
Proven ability to manage large advertising budgets and optimise for ROAS and profitable revenue growth.
Strong understanding of campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyse campaign data and turn insights into clear actions.
Experience working with multiple brands, product categories and customer segments.
Strong understanding of Google Merchant Centre and product feed optimisation.
Ability to create clear reports and communicate performance results to management.
Management-level experience with the ability to lead strategy and guide execution.
Organised, proactive and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills
Advanced experience with Performance Max campaign segmentation and optimisation.
Experience managing both B2B and B2C eCommerce campaigns.
Experience with Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics, Search Console and conversion tracking.
Experience with Microsoft Merchant Centre and Bing Shopping campaigns.
Understanding of product margin, pricing strategy and profitability-based campaign management.
AI-first mindset, with the ability to use AI tools to improve advertising efficiency, reporting and optimisation.
Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external contractors.
Experience working across multiple eCommerce brands.
Strong understanding of landing page performance, CRO and digital advertising funnels.
Experience creating SOPs, campaign structures and reporting systems for paid advertising teams.
