About the Role
Texas Apartment Finds is building a searchable apartment locating website where clients can browse coded apartment listings, submit their details, and automatically trigger lead follow-up, guest card
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented GoHighLevel specialist who can review, complete, and improve an existing website build. A previous VA completed most of the listing codes and apartment photos, but the work now needs to be audited for accuracy, organized, completed, and connected properly to our lead capture and automation system.
Responsibilities
Review all existing apartment listing codes for accuracy
Match each internal apartment code to the correct apartment photos and details
Check for duplicate, missing, or incorrect listing information
Complete unfinished pages, forms, buttons, and links inside GoHighLevel
Build or clean up lead capture forms for apartment inquiries
Ensure clients can inquire using internal listing codes
Connect forms to GoHighLevel contacts, pipelines, tags, and workflows
Set up automated
Set up internal notifications for new leads
Help create a clean backend system for tracking leads, apartment codes, and follow-up status
Document what was completed and what still needs improvement
Must Have
Strong GoHighLevel experience
Experience building GHL websites/funnels/forms/workflows
Extremely detail-oriented
Comfortable working with spreadsheets or Airtable-style databases
Able to audit large amounts of listing information
Good written communication
Able to follow instructions carefully
Honest about what they know and do not know
Preferred
Experience with real estate, apartment locating, leasing, or IDX/listing-style websites
Experience with Zapier, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, or webhooks
Basic HTML/CSS or custom code knowledge
Experience building searchable directories or coded listing systems
Trial Task
Before hiring, I will provide a small sample of apartment listings. You will need to:
Review 10 apartment codes
Confirm the photo/code/details match correctly
Identify any errors or missing information
Explain how you would organize the full website backend
Suggest the best way to connect inquiries to GHL workflows

Ideal Candidate
The ideal person is not just a designer. They are a systems-minded GHL admin who can think like an operations person. I need someone accurate, organized, and careful because one wrong apartment code or photo could confuse clients and cost commissions.
