We’re looking for a reliable and switched-on virtual assistant to help support a fast-growing campervan manufacturing and e-commerce business based in New Zealand.
This role is part admin support, part Shopify management, part social media coordination, and part AI-assisted workflow support.
You must have strong written English and be comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to help improve speed and efficiency.
Hours:
Must be available weekdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM NZT.
Tasks may include:
Updating Shopify products and website content
Writing product descriptions and blog posts
Social media posting and scheduling
Replying to customer enquiries
Assisting with inventory and admin tasks
Using ChatGPT and AI tools to help create content and improve workflows
Basic graphic/content editing
Organising files, spreadsheets, and systems
Helping improve processes and SOPs
Requirements:
Strong English writing and communication
Experience with Shopify
Good understanding of social media platforms
Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools
Good organisational skills
Attention to detail
Reliable internet and computer setup
Able to work independently and problem solve
Bonus Skills:
Canva or Adobe experience
Experience with
SEO knowledge
Experience with e-commerce brands
Video editing or content creation
