Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, build, and execute broadcast

Automated Flows: Design and continuously optimise sophisticated automated marketing flows (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase).
Audience Segmentation: Develop advanced segmentation strategies based on behavioural and transactional data to deliver highly personalised content.
Optimisation & Testing: Run continuous A/B tests on subject lines, copy, design elements, and CTAs to improve performance metrics.
Reporting: Track and analyse key KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue per
Deliverability: Maintain strict list hygiene and ensure technical deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in
Strong proficiency in major
Proven ability to design beautiful, high-converting
Solid analytical skills with a proven ability to use tools like Google Analytics (GA4) to drive strategy.
Excellent copywriting, editing, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables independently.
