Level 2/3 IT Technician (MSP Experience Required)
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Level 2/3 IT Technician to join a growing US-based MSP (Managed Service Provider). If you have strong experience supporting users in an MSP environment and enjoy solving technical issues while working with modern cloud and security tools, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, customer-focused, and comfortable handling a variety of support tasks independently.
What You'll Do:
Provide Level 2/3 technical support and resolve a wide range of IT issues
Manage and troubleshoot tickets using ConnectWise PSA and ConnectWise Automate
Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments
Handle user management, troubleshooting, and migrations
Provide desktop support for both Windows and Mac
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Configure and manage firewall solutions
Support and maintain Avanan security systems
Monitor and manage endpoint security through SentinelOne
Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and system changes
Work closely with clients and provide excellent customer support
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices
Requirements:
? At least 3+ years of MSP experience (strongly preferred)
? Experience in a Level 2 or Level 3 IT Support role
? Hands-on experience with:
ConnectWise PSA
ConnectWise Automate
Microsoft 365 Administration
Azure & Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Windows and Mac desktop support
Firewall configuration and management
Avanan
SentinelOne
? Excellent communication skills
? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
? Able to work independently with minimal supervision
? Comfortable speaking with clients and explaining technical concerns in simple terms
