JOB SUMMARY:
As our Amazon Brand Manager, you'll be the one steering how our products perform on Amazon day to day — from pricing and promotions to ad campaigns and everything in between. You'll keep an eye on our listings, spot opportunities to grow revenue, and help us stay ahead in our category.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily sales operations for assigned products, including pricing, promotions, and advertising campaigns
- Oversee product listings and identify new revenue opportunities within respective categories
- Monitor product performance to drive consistent sales growth and stronger category rankings
- Conduct in-depth product analysis and research market trends/competitors to guide strategic decisions
- Collaborate with the inventory planning team to manage promotions and excess inventory
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality across all deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong brand management experience — from listing optimization and A+ Content to product launches and brand positioning
• PPC experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills
• Solid market research experience
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong documentation and time management skills
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
• This role is strictly for applicants based within NCR or nearby areas (e.g., Bulacan, Rizal).
• You'll need to send a portfolio with a real ASIN you've personally handled from launch to finish (brand/product can be blurred), backed by substantial data — think sales or bestseller ranking graphs, not just a screenshot. If NDA-restricted or you no longer have account access, a short video walkthrough explaining the work and results is acceptable instead.
• Be ready to walk through and explain the actual performance data behind that ASIN during the interview — conversion rate, ACOS, organic vs. paid sales split. This will be a substantial part of the conversation, so come prepared to speak to real numbers, not general claims.
SETUP:
• Full-time, 9AM to 6PM PHT
• Uses Time Doctor for time tracking
• Own equipment needed (Laptop, Mouse, Earphones/Headphones)
• Stable internet connection, with a readily available backup connection
• Full-time contractual employment (renewal contract based on performance)
• There will be quarterly (with chances of it being monthly) meet-ups within NCR whenever the CEO visits the Philippines
