Position Summary
The Social Media Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, generate leads, and engage with target audiences. This role involves creating content, managing social media platforms, monitoring analytics, and maintaining a consistent online presence aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote company services and brand awareness.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including:
Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
LinkedIn
YouTube
Design and write compelling posts, captions, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Manage paid advertising campaigns and promotional boosts when applicable.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams to market services, events, and promotions.
Maintain brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone.
Generate leads and increase community engagement through strategic campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
Proficiency with content creation tools such as:
Canva
Adobe Creative Suite
Scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite or Buffer)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic photography, videography, and editing skills preferred.
Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
