We are looking for a highly experienced Hiring Manager who can recruit top-tier, highly skilled talent for our 8-figure DTC e-commerce business. This is not a generalist or volume hiring role — the emphasis is on quality hires for critical roles that drive the business forward.
Key responsibilities:
Hire highly skilled roles, including but not limited to:
Creative strategists (top priority)
Media buyers (top priority)
Supply chain managers
Operational managers
Other niche, high-impact e-commerce positions
Source and attract proven talent from other e-commerce brands
Build and maintain repeatable, high-quality recruiting pipelines
Coach, evaluate, and assess candidates to ensure only the strongest talent is hired
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience hiring for DTC e-commerce brands specifically — no exceptions
Track record of successfully recruiting for senior, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles
Strong LinkedIn and outbound sourcing skills; experience leveraging competitive compensation to attract top talent
Ability to screen aggressively for quality, ownership, and results
Experience coaching and onboarding highly skilled professionals
