Summary
This is a fully remote opportunity to work with one of the largest retail merchandising companies in the United States. The Operations Support Center Specialist is responsible for connecting with our employee base from around the US throughout onboarding, the new hire stage, and beyond. Essential Duties
Taking inbound calls to assist employees with any HR related issues that may arise.
Reach out to candidates submitted to onboarding within 48 hours after PIF generation
and continuously follow up throughout paperwork completion
Complete new hire outreach to confirm Terms of Work are accepted, and confirm work
availability ?
Schedule new hire training calls, track completion, and arrange in-person training
Handle overtime dashboard review, daily/weekly reporting, and photo audits ?
Contact employees to coach and counsel as needed, and escalate to Field Leadership as needed
Manage missing in action attempts and address accordingly
Requirements
Self Discipline to work remotely and be responsive throughout the work day - this position will be expected to handle inbound calls periodically throughout the work day.
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work as a tea
Ability to accept change with flexibility
