ABOUT US

Cedar Mill Firearms Family is a US-based e-commerce brand selling firearm storage and EDC accessories on Amazon, BigCommerce, and Shopify. We sell trigger locks, gun socks, dehumidifiers, cleaning kits, range bags, safes. We do NOT source firearms, federal law prohibits Amazon firearm sales and we do not import them.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

You will hunt new SKUs, negotiate with factories, and manage the supplier pipeline. Hunt new product opportunities using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Sellerboard estimator. Build the FOB to landed-cost to retail-margin spreadsheet for every candidate. Negotiate MOQ, FOB pricing, and lead time with Alibaba Gold suppliers. Manage sample requests and quality inspection coordination. Track HTS codes, duty rates, and compliance flags. Maintain the supplier pipeline in our Airtable.

WHAT YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW

REQUIRED, Helium 10 OR Jungle Scout OR Sellerboard estimator.
REQUIRED, Alibaba TradeManager outreach mechanics.
REQUIRED, landed-cost math (FOB plus shipping plus duty plus Amazon fees).
PREFERRED, T/T payment terms, L/C, counter-proposing deposit splits.
PREFERRED, HTS codes for accessories, especially the 9304 range.
REQUIRED, sales velocity vs monthly revenue framing for inventory reordering.

KPI TARGETS

Landed COGS to retail margin greater than 55 percent.
First order MOQ less than or equal to 500 units.
Lead time less than or equal to 45 days.
Supplier replies within 48 business hours.

HIRING PROCESS, 4 STAGES
