JOB OVERVIEW

You are the voice that catches US homeowners in the prime evening window — when both spouses are home from work and ready to commit to home improvement projects. You call new Meta Ads leads within 5 minutes, qualify the project, and book in-home estimates for our sales reps. The PM shift converts the highest because both decision-makers are reachable. You live inside GoHighLevel and own every evening lead.
This is a phone-first role. If you do not like talking on the phone to strangers in English for 5 hours straight, do not apply.

What You Will Do Daily

Pick up the lead handoff from the AM setter at shift start
Call, SMS, and email new Meta Ads leads within 5 minutes of submission
Qualify each lead using set scripts: project type, timeline, budget, decision-maker, homeowner status
Book confirmed appointments on the sales rep's calendar in GoHighLevel
Re-engage all leads who didn't answer during the AM shift — evenings are when they pick up
Log every touchpoint in GHL with detailed notes
Tag and segment leads by project type, stage, and source
Send a daily end-of-shift report: leads worked, contacts made, appointments set, show rate
Flag junk or fraudulent leads back to the ads team
Confirm next-day appointments with homeowners
Coordinate any same-day reschedules with field sales reps


Hard Requirements (Do Not Apply Without These)

Minimum 1 year appointment setting, inside sales, or lead generation for a US-based company
Have spoken on the phone with US customers — chat-only and email-only experience does not qualify
Hands-on GoHighLevel experience: pipelines, workflows, SMS/email automations, calendars, tags, custom fields
Neutral, clear English. Confident phone presence. No heavy accent.
25+ Mbps wired internet, backup internet connection (mobile hotspot acceptable), noise-canceling headset, UPS or backup power, quiet dedicated workspace with door
Available 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM PHT every Monday through Saturday, on time
Cannot be working another full-time job simultaneously

Bonus Points

Home improvement, contractor, roofing, solar, HVAC, windows, kitchen/bath, or remodeling experience
Built GoHighLevel workflows and snapshots from scratch
Handled Meta/Facebook ad leads before — you know they're mostly tire-kickers and you still convert
Familiar with US homeowner objections and soft-sales techniques


Compensation Structure
Base salary:

Months 1–3: $400 USD/month
Month 4 onward (after passing 90-day trial): $500 USD/month
Paid weekly every Friday in USD via Wise or PayPal

Performance bonuses (paid monthly):

$4 USD per qualified appointment set (booked + confirmed on rep's calendar)
$6 USD per appointment that shows (homeowner sits with sales rep)
$35 USD per appointment that closes into a signed contract

Additional benefits:

13th month pay (one additional half-month of base, paid December 15)
5 paid days off per year after 90-day trial period
$75 one-time equipment stipend after passing 30-day trial
Base salary reviewed annually after the 90-day bump
Performance-based raises up to 15% per review

Realistic earning potential (after 90 days):

Average performer: ~$1,100/month
Top performer: ~$1,500/month

PM shift earns more in bonuses due to higher evening conversion rates.
Clawback clause: Invalid appointments (wrong number, not homeowner, no-show without confirmation, under-budget) reverse the bonus in the next pay cycle. Full definition of "qualified appointment" is in the offer letter.
Status: Independent contractor. You handle your own BIR taxes. Annual earnings statement provided.

Success Metrics You Will Be Measured On

Speed to lead: Average response time under 5 minutes
Set rate: % of leads converted to scheduled appointments
Show rate: % of set appointments that result in a completed sales visit
CRM accuracy: Completeness and timeliness of GHL updates
Follow-up consistency: Adherence to follow-up sequences


Hiring Process

Application screening (24–48 hours)
30-minute Zoom interview with camera, screen-share, and live GHL walkthrough
Paid practical test (~2–4 hours, paid at full rate): mock calls, GHL build task, written communication test
Reference check with prior US employers
30-day paid trial period with daily check-ins first week, weekly call reviews, and hard performance metrics
90-day base salary bump from $400 to $500 upon successful trial completion
