This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in the Philippines.
Starting Salary: $600 USD/month
Full-Time – 12 Hour Shifts
Additional hours are available for the right person. If you are motivated and willing to take on more responsibilities/hours, salary and compensation can increase as well.

What You’ll Do:
• Use Workiz CRM to schedule and dispatch jobs
• Coordinate technicians and manage daily routes efficiently
• Answer customer calls and provide professional updates
• Follow up with customers through phone, SMS, and
• Create estimates/invoices and update job notes inside Workiz
• Handle emergency service calls calmly and professionally
• Keep communication smooth between customers, technicians, and management
What We’re Looking For:
• MUST have Workiz CRM experience (very important)
• Experience in dispatching/scheduling for home service companies
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
Preferred Experience:
• Locksmith companies
• Garage door companies
• Door repair/home service companies
• Call center or dispatcher experience
