JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team focused on Leeds rental properties and motivated seller leads.

Applicants must have near-native English communication skills, experience with Follow Up Boss, and be highly comfortable making outbound cold calls to homeowners.

Responsibilities

* Cold call property owners and motivated seller leads
* Speak with homeowners to determine interest in selling their property
* Build rapport and handle objections professionally
* Update Follow Up Boss CRM accurately
* Follow up with leads consistently
* Schedule appointments for acquisitions team when appropriate

Requirements

* C2 English proficiency or near-native fluency
* Experience using Follow Up Boss CRM
* Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
* Comfortable speaking with homeowners daily
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Previous real estate wholesale experience preferred
* Experience with motivated seller campaigns is a major plus
