JOB OVERVIEW

Allen Brock Security Services is a rapidly growing California-based security company looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help us identify and build lists of potential clients throughout Southern California.

We provide armed and unarmed security services for:

Apartment communities
Commercial buildings
Retail centers
Construction sites
Schools
Warehouses
Events
High-risk properties

We are building a long-term remote team and are looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized individuals who want to grow with our company.

Responsibilities:
Research and build lead lists daily
Find:
Property managers
Apartment owners
Commercial property owners
Facilities managers
Security directors
Construction companies
HOA management companies
Gather:
Contact names
Phone numbers

Email addresses
Company websites
LinkedIn profiles
Organize leads into CRM and spreadsheets
Verify contact information accuracy
Update lead status daily
Tools We Use:
Google Sheets
HubSpot / CRM

Requirements:
Excellent English
Strong internet connection
Attention to detail
Experience with lead generation or data research
Ability to work independently
Organized and dependable
Experience using CRM systems is a plus
Daily Goals:
150–300 new leads per day
Accurate contact information
Organized reporting
Bonuses:
