We're one of the fastest-growing football brands globally, scaling across the UK, EU, and US. We're hiring a Recruitment Manager to own our entire recruiting pipeline — from writing the job posts to delivering qualified candidates ready for a final call with the founder.
This is a solo operator role — you own the full funnel, end-to-end. Not managing a team.

What you'll own:

- Writing job posts across X, LinkedIn, Upwork, and Onlinejobs.ph
- Sourcing strong candidates proactively (LinkedIn, X, DTC communities, Slack groups)
- Managing inbound applications through our Google Forms
- First-pass screening (Looms watched, WhatsApp confirmations, basic fit checked)
- Booking qualified candidates directly into the founder's calendar
- Building and maintaining our ATS (Notion or similar) so every candidate is tracked
- Weekly pipeline reports

Roles you'll be hiring for, continuously:

- Video editors
- Creative strategists
- Graphic Designers
- Financial Controller
- Head of CRO

Plus other roles as we scale

You're a strong fit if you have:

- 3+ years recruiting for Western DTC brands (US/UK/EU)
- Experience sourcing creative roles (editors, strategists, designers) — not just corporate hires
- Strong written English and a real eye for copy
- Comfortable DMing senior candidates on LinkedIn and X
- Organised, proactive, and treat hiring like a pipeline
- You actually understand DTC — you know what a good creative strategist looks like, you know what a CRO manager does

Bonus:

- Experience hiring for sportswear, apparel, or 8-figure DTC brands
- Built an ATS or hiring system from scratch before
