About the Role
We're a specialized accounting and advisory firm serving dental practice owners across the country — from acquisition analysis and CFO services to ongoing financial management. We're looking for a Senior Marketing & GHL Expertise Lead to own the top of our funnel across multiple client accounts and brands, and build the systems that bring qualified leads to our door.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute across a portfolio. You'll start part-time (roughly 20–40 hours/week) building the foundation, with a clear runway to full-time as pipeline and revenue grow. You'll be the marketing function — partnering directly with firm leadership and client stakeholders to shape how each account shows up in the dental community and convert that visibility into engagements.
This structure is ideal for someone currently consulting, fractional, or between full-time roles who wants to grow into a long-term home as the firm scales.
Scope
You will own the full marketing campaigns and lead generation function across multiple accounts, including:
Strategy, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives for each account in the portfolio
Building and managing the lead generation engine end-to-end (paid, organic, referral, partnerships) per account
Brand positioning tailored to each client's niche within the dental industry
Content strategy across written, video, and social channels — adapted per account voice
Marketing tech stack, CRM hygiene, and pipeline reporting across all accounts
Prioritization and resource allocation across competing account needs
Eventually scaling the function.
Responsibilities:
Multi-Account Management
Manage marketing strategy and execution for multiple accounts in parallel, each with its own goals, audience, and brand voice
Maintain clear separation of brand assets, messaging, ad accounts, and reporting per client
Run a consistent operating rhythm across accounts (planning, standups, reviews, reporting)
Allocate hours and effort across accounts based on priority, performance, and growth stage
Lead Generation & Demand Capture
Build and optimize multi-channel lead gen campaigns targeting dental practice owners, associates considering ownership, and DSO decision-makers
Manage paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and dental-industry publications for each account
Develop and execute SEO strategy for dental-accounting, practice-acquisition, and adjacent keyword sets
Own
Content & Thought Leadership
Create and publish content that positions each account as a go-to authority in its niche (practice acquisition guides, P&L benchmarking, KPI breakdowns, tax strategy, clinical/operational thought leadership)
Repurpose long-form content across LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, and
Partner with firm leadership and client principals to ghostwrite and amplify their voices in the dental community
Partnerships & Referral Channels
Build relationships with dental brokers, lenders, consultants, transition specialists, and dental CPAs
Develop co-marketing opportunities with dental industry vendors, associations, and conferences
Manage sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and event presence across the portfolio
Analytics & Reporting
Define, track, and report on KPIs per account: CAC, MQL?SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, LTV
Run a regular reporting cadence with firm leadership and account stakeholders
Continuously test, measure, and iterate — and clearly communicate what's working and what to cut
Skills & Experience Required
5+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3 years GHL experience
Proven track record managing marketing for multiple brands, accounts, or clients simultaneously (agency, fractional CMO, or in-house portfolio experience all welcome)
Experience building demand engines for professional services, accounting, financial advisory, or a similarly considered-purchase B2B vertical
Deep working knowledge of paid social (especially LinkedIn), Google Ads, SEO, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
Strong writer who can shift voice between accounts — a thought leadership piece, a sales
Comfortable with analytics tools and able to translate data into decisions across multiple dashboards
Familiarity with the dental industry strongly preferred (or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly into specialized verticals)
Excellent project management instincts — you can keep multiple campaigns, accounts, and stakeholders organized without dropping balls
Self-directed operator who thrives without daily oversight — this is a remote, senior, owner-mentality role
Comfortable operating part-time with the discipline to drive outcomes inside a defined time budget across accounts
Nice to Have
Existing network within the dental industry (brokers, vendors, associations, KOLs)
Agency or fractional CMO background with multi-client experience
Experience marketing professional services to small business owners
Video production or podcast production chops
Prior experience scaling a marketing function from one person to a small team
What We Offer
Fully remote, autonomous role with senior-level ownership across a portfolio of accounts
Flexible part-time schedule (20–40 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time as the function scales
Direct line to firm leadership and meaningful influence on strategy
Competitive hourly or retainer compensation
Opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up in a high-growth niche
To apply: Send a short note about why this role fits, along with examples of lead gen results you've personally driven (numbers welcome). Please share how many accounts/brands you've managed in parallel and your current weekly availability.
