ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a creative and coordination-focused marketing role centered on supporting content execution, visual asset creation, reporting, and day-to-day marketing tasks.
The role is best suited for someone who can work well within direction, execute cleanly, stay organized, and help keep marketing tasks moving across different platforms and deliverables. This position is focused on creative marketing support and implementation, with room to grow as the business scales.

MARKETING ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms
Design graphics and visual content for marketing campaigns
Manage social media posting schedules and engagement
Collaborate on marketing strategy development and implementation
Utilize AI tools for content creation and campaign optimization
Provide monthly reporting and analytics to clients
Support WordPress and WIX website management (bonus skill)
Handle marketing-related administrative tasks including scheduling Zoo
Requirements:
Intermediate to strong graphic design abilities
Comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms
Experience with social media content creation and management
Interest in marketing with creative problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute original ideas
Experience with understanding analytics - beginner to intermediate level is fine
Create clean and organized easy to use websites using WordPress and/or WIX, under owners' direction.
Comfort with AI tools and technology
TOOLS / SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE
Experience with most or some of the following is preferred:
Canva
Meta Business Suite
Instagram,
Google Workspace such as Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar
Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Zoom and meeting coordination tools
WordPress
WIX
AI tools for content creation and workflow support
Shared trackers, documents, and internal systems
SCOPE
Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week minimum
Potential to grow to full-time (40 hours) as business scales
Collaborative working relationship with strategy direction provided
Focus on creative marketing tasks, no customer service or sales responsibilities.
Flexible schedule within Pacific Time zone parameters
