Remote | Part-Time | Flexible Hours

Moonpreneur is looking for a fun, friendly, confident, and engaging English teacher/Public Speaking & Confidence Coach to help students speak up, share ideas clearly, and build self-confidence in online classes.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids and teens, encouraging participation, and helping students become stronger communicators. You do not need to be a formal debate expert to apply — if you can guide students, keep classes interactive, and help them express themselves with confidence, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do
Lead fun, interactive online classes for students
Help students build confidence in speaking, presenting, and sharing ideas
Teach students how to organize their thoughts and communicate clearly
Encourage critical thinking, listening, and respectful discussion
Give supportive feedback on speaking style, clarity, confidence, and participation
Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging classroom experience

Who should apply
We welcome applicants with experience in areas such as:

Teaching or tutoring
Public speaking or presentation coaching
ESL / English communication training
Student mentoring
Debate or speech coaching
Theatre, hosting, training, or other communication-focused roles
What we’re looking for
Strong spoken and written English
Confidence leading students in live online sessions
A warm, encouraging, and energetic teaching style
Ability to keep students engaged and participating
Reliable internet, clear audio, and a professional remote setup

Nice to have
Experience working with school-age students
Experience with public speaking, presentations, storytelling, or debate
Comfort helping students with confidence, expression, and communication skills

Work details
Part-time remote role, opportunity to upgrade to full-time in 3-6 months
Around 10–20 hours per week to start (can go upto 40-50 hours depending on applicant availability)
Opportunity for more hours based on performance and availability
Pay: $5–$8/hour, depending on experience
