Sereni Parenting is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Video Editor with a proven track record editing high-converting ads for ecommerce brands.
This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who has edited real ads, for real brands, that had to perform. General content creation or personal projects only? This role isn't for you.
Who We Are
Sereni is a fast-growing parenting brand creating calming solutions for children. We're marketers obsessed with performance and emotionally driven storytelling. Our ads run on Meta and need to hook fast, hold attention, and convert.
What You'll Be Doing
Editing short-form UGC and AI-generated video ads (1–3 mins) for direct response. You'll work from detailed creative briefs, your job is to execute them accurately while creating ads that stop the scroll and drive action.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years editing experience, with at least 2 years on paid social ads for ecommerce brands - name the brands, we'll ask.
- Strong grasp of direct response: hooks, pacing, retention, emotional pull
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Kling, or similar
- Proficient in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Can source b-roll and stock footage independently
- Fast communicator who meets deadlines without being chased
- Able to follow creative briefs and revision notes precisely
- Learns quickly from feedback and applies revisions properly
- Strong attention to detail and consistency across edits
Communication and attention to detail are non-negotiable. If you ignore briefs, repeat the same mistakes after revisions, disappear during projects, or need constant follow-up, this role is not for you.
What We Offer
This is a full time, remote, per-project role with consistent daily work available. Editors who deliver 2 videos a day can expect to earn $1,000–$2,000+ per month. Editors who consistently deliver quality and volume move into a fixed full-time role within 2–3 weeks.
