JOB OVERVIEW

REQUIRED: Strong experience coordinating and communicating directly with Chinese warehouses and suppliers

- STRICT REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE) -
At least 2 years of experience as a Fulfillment Coordinator, Inventory Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator, or similar role
Proven experience managing:
- Inventory flow
- Stock levels
- Fulfillment operations
- Shipment coordination
Strong advantage if you have worked specifically with warehouses or suppliers based in Shenzhen, China
Strong background in:
- Inventory forecasting
- Demand planning
- Stock replenishment
- Inventory control
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, firmly, and professionally
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Able to think fast and operate under pressure
Takes full ownership of operational execution and fulfillment performance
Mandarin-speaking is a strong BONUS

- RESPONSIBILITIES -
Manage inventory flow and stock levels across all SKUs
Forecast demand and proactively prevent stock shortages
Coordinate daily with warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners
Handle procurement and replenishment planning
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, risks, or operational issues
Oversee order scrubbing and fulfillment coordination
Prepare shipment documentation and declarations
Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse and supplier communication
Ensure fulfillment operations run smoothly with minimal delays and errors
Maintain strong operational control over inventory performance and execution

- Shift -
This role requires flexibility in work hours based on operational demands, supplier coordination, and fulfillment priorities.

- WEEKLY OUTPUT EXPECTATIONS -
Report SKUs at risk of going out of stock
Identify delayed or at-risk shipments
Provide actions taken to resolve operational issues
Present a clear execution plan for the following week
