JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to update
the financial spreadsheet of my e-commerce every day. Long-term
role, full trust, about 30 minutes per day.

IMPORTANT: To prove you read this post carefully, please start
your application with the word "TREASURE" - applications without
this word will be ignored.

----------------------------------------

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Every day you will update a structured spreadsheet that tracks
the financial performance of my e-commerce. The sheet contains
many formulas and many variable costs. Specifically:

- Update sales data, costs, ad spend, and other items I will
indicate every day
- Extract data from Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (I will
give you read-only access)
- Enter them correctly in the right cells and tabs of the sheet
- Verify that formulas keep working correctly after the update
- Flag anomalies, errors, or strange patterns you notice during
the update
- Suggest improvements to the sheet when you see opportunities
(more efficient formulas, clearer structure, possible
automations)
- Communicate via ---------- for quick questions, updates, doubts

The work requires about 30 minutes per day, every day of the week.

----------------------------------------

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO ME

This sheet is the financial heart of my business. I'm looking
for a trusted person who manages it as if it were their own:
absolute precision, total confidentiality, sharp eye to catch
problems before they become big ones.

I'm not looking for someone who just enters numbers. I'm looking
for someone who can read them and who can become, over time, a
real partner for the operational financial management.

----------------------------------------

MY STANDARDS (please read carefully)

I DO NOT accept input errors (wrong numbers, skipped cells,
broken formulas without flagging)

I DO NOT accept people who enter data without looking at it (if
a cost doubles from one day to the next, I want you to tell me)

I DO NOT accept people who can't work independently

I DO NOT accept people who don't respect data confidentiality

I'm looking for someone with real attention to detail, ability
to spot anomalies, and willingness to grow into the role

I'm a present and available client: I will do a complete
onboarding, explain every column and formula, and I'm always
reachable for questions

----------------------------------------

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVE:

- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, lookups,
conditionals, pivot)
- Familiarity with basic financial concepts of an e-commerce
(revenue, costs, margin, ROAS, CPA)
- Experience managing complex spreadsheets with many formulas
and lots of data
- Obsessive attention to numerical detail
- Ability to spot anomalies and propose improvements
- Good written English (asynchronous communication via ---------- )
- Reliability: 30 minutes per day every day, including weekends
- Willingness to sign an NDA before starting

NICE TO HAVE:

- Background in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial analysis
- Experience with Shopify reports and analytics
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Knowledge of concepts like AOV, LTV, contribution margin

----------------------------------------

HOW TO APPLY

Please send a message including:

1. The word TREASURE at the beginning
2. A short introduction about yourself (3-5 sentences)
3. A short presentation of your experience: how many years you
have managed spreadsheets for clients, what type of businesses
you have managed, and what is the most complex spreadsheet
you have ever managed
4. Which of these tools and platforms you know: Shopify, Meta
Ads, Google Ads, advanced Google Sheets
5. Logic mini-test (answer here): if today's sales are 2,500 EUR,
product costs are 32 percent, and today's ad spend is 800 EUR,
what is today's operating margin in EUR and in percentage?

I will reply to qualified candidates within 5 days with a small
paid test before any final decision: I will give you temporary
access to a copy of the real sheet and ask you to do a sample
update.

Good luck!
