JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing El Paso-based digital marketing agency looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help manage and scale our operations.
You will work directly with the agency owner supporting day-to-day tasks including client communication, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Responsibilities:

Manage and update client accounts inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Handle client relationships and follow-ups professionally
Perform outreach and cold calling to find new potential clients
Generate leads and set appointments for the agency owner
Use AI tools to edit photos and create basic content
Assist with social media posting and scheduling
Keep CRM organized and up to date

Requirements:

Must have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Strong communication skills — written and verbal
Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
Experience managing client relationships
Able to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar)
Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
Available part time — flexible hours

Bonus if you have:

Facebook or Google Ads experience
Social media management experienceClient Management

Send reports to clients every week (CM Body Works, Patriot Body Shop, etc.)
Follow up with leads that haven't responded
Onboard new clients — send contracts, collect info, set up accounts
Respond to client messages so you're not always on your phone

Lead Generation for Bishop Systems

DM local El Paso businesses on Instagram/Facebook
Cold call restaurants, auto shops, salons, contractors
Find business emails and send outreach sequences in GHL
Follow up with people who showed interest but didn't sign

Ads Management

Monitor your client campaigns daily (check spend, leads, performance)
Pause ads that aren't performing
Create basic ad copy and images using AI tools
Pull weekly reports fro ---------- ta and Google Ads

Content & Social Media

Post on Bishop Systems Facebook/Instagram daily
Post on client pages (CM Body Works, Patriot Body Shop)
Create reels, stories, graphics using Canva AI
Respond to comments and messages on client pages

Admin

Organize leads in GHL pipeline
Schedule your appointments and calls
Track invoices and payments from clients
