We are a snorkeling tour company based in the Cook Islands, and we are looking for an experienced full-time Digital Marketing, Branding & Sales Specialist to help grow bookings and strengthen our online presence across all channels.
We already have a large library of high-quality underwater photo and video content ready to use. We are looking for someone who can turn that content into measurable growth through paid advertising, organic social media, branding, website optimisation, and online travel platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the full customer journey — from brand awareness and content creation through to conversion tracking and completed bookings.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
PAID ADVERTISING & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
* Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns
* Run and
* Create and manage TikTok advertising campaigns
* Build retargeting campaigns and conversion funnels
* Monitor ROAS, conversion rates, and booking performance
* Continuously test creatives, audiences, and offers
* Improve direct booking performance across all channels
CONTENT CREATION & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
We will supply high-quality underwater photos and videos. A major part of this role is turning that content into engaging, high-performing marketing material.
Responsibilities include:
* Creating social media posts, reels, stories, captions, and ad creatives
* Developing content calendars and posting schedules
* Managing and growing Instagram,
* Repurposing content across multiple channels
* Writing engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
* Identifying trends, audio, and content opportunities
* Building both organic and paid content strategies
* Maintaining consistent brand identity and visual style
BRANDING & GRAPHIC DESIGN
* Help develop and maintain a strong visual brand identity
* Design marketing graphics, promotional material, and ad creatives
* Create visually engaging social media content
* Improve brand consistency across all online platforms
* Assist with campaign branding and promotional launches
WEBSITE DESIGN & CONVERSION OPTIMISATION
* Assist with website updates, landing pages, and user experience improvements
* Improve website conversion rates and booking flow
* Integrate and manage conversion tracking systems
* Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
* Ensure advertising campaigns are properly tracked and measurable
* Identify opportunities to improve website performance and customer journey
ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA GROWTH
* Develop and execute a long-term social media growth strategy
* Increase engagement, audience growth, and direct inquiries
* Improve organic reach using supplied media and trends
* Coordinate posting schedules and content rollouts
* Build stronger community engagement and social proof
SALES & BOOKING STRATEGY
* Develop strategies to increase direct bookings
* Improve conversion rates from social media and website traffic
* Identify opportunities to upsell or improve customer value
* Recommend promotions, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns
* Help position the business competitively within the tourism market
ONLINE TRAVEL AGENT (OTA) & PLATFORM MANAGEMENT
* Optimise presence on tourism and booking platforms such as:
* TripAdvisor
* Viator
* GetYourGuide
* Airbnb Experiences
* Klook
* Improve listings, descriptions, images, and visibility
* Monitor reviews and platform performance
* Improve ranking, visibility, and conversion performance on OTA platforms
REPORTING & PERFORMANCE
* Track campaign and sales performance
* Analyse what is working and what is not
* Provide reporting and recommendations backed by data
* Focus on bookings, revenue growth, and measurable results

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Experience with TikTok advertising and content strategy
* Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition, and conversion optimisation
* Experience with branding, graphic design, and social media content creation
* Website design and landing page experience
* Experience integrating conversion tracking and analytics systems
* Ability to create engaging content from supplied media
* Experience managing or marketing tourism, travel, or activity-based businesses
* Understanding of OTA platforms and tourism booking behaviour
* Strong communication and reporting skills
* Ability to work independently and think strategically
HIGHLY PREFERRED:
* Tourism or travel marketing experience
* Experience growing direct bookings
* Experience scaling social media accounts organically
* Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
* Experience creating high-performing reels or short-form video content
* Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms
