Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Home Health Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure timely delivery of in-home care services. This role plays a critical part in maintaining continuity of care, optimizing caregiver utilization, and supporting clients’ daily care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and adjust caregiver schedules based on client needs and availability
Match caregivers to clients based on skills, location, and care requirements
Respond promptly to call-outs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs
Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and internal care teams
Ensure schedules are accurate, fully staffed, and compliant with care plans
Document scheduling updates and changes in agency software systems
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support quality care delivery
Participate in on-call rotation as required (one weekend/month or as assigned)
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in home health, home care, or healthcare scheduling strongly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (clear, professional written and verbal English required)
Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office tools (Teams experience preferred)
Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Wel
Background in healthcare coordination, staffing, or dispatch
Familiarity with caregiver/client matching and care plan requirements
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
On-call rotation required (approximately one weekend per month, may increase over time)
Work Environment:
Fully remote position
Must be available and responsive during scheduled work hours
Team-based communication via Microsoft Teams and internal systems
