Location: Remote

Compensation: Salary range is PHP 44,800 - PHP 49,146 per month, depending on experience.

Experience/License/Certification:

Administrative Experience: 1 years (Required) Executive Assistant

Requirements:

Must understand how to use Claude, Canva, and other Ai tools and software.
Exemplary planning, scheduling and time management skills
High level of verbal and written communications skills
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Office Systems and Management

Maintain client database
Maintain Dashboards
Maintain transactions
Maintain project management (Birthdays, Home Anniversaries, Client Reviews)
Manage all reports, contracts, presentations and briefs
Create system/process solutions
Develop and monitoring efficient systems and processes

Maintain Prospect and Client lists
*Support of CEO

Provide schedule support
Schedule all meetings and appointments

Tend to daily client support
Handle all client correspondence and acting as the point of contact
Process all client wants and needs
Obtain and provide feedback from clients

Prepare listing package for offers
