Robo3PL is a state-of the art 3PL powered by robots and other automation, based in Utah, USA. We offer the best service and the best prices in the industry, and we are growing LIGHTNING FAST as a result.

We handle warehouse and fulfillment for some of the fastest growing brands in ecom, specializing in supplements, hydration, clothing and other small-item fulfillment. We are looking to add a tea ---------- mber to handle weekly invoicing of our customers, accounts payable, and administrative support of our executive team.

Monthly Salary 750 to 1,500 USD (46,031.25 to 92,062.50 Peso)

On a weekly basis you will:
* Generate invoices for each client from our WMS (warehouse management system
* Carefully inspect all details to make sure everything is correct
* Compare postage rates against our negotiated rates with our carriers
* Create invoices in QBO with the verified data
* Create draft emails to be sent to each customer with their invoice details
* Pay various vendors after verifying amounts are correct
* Assist our CEO and other executive tea ---------- mbers with non-finance administrative tasks, as time permits

Applicant needs to be well versed in the following:

* Excel knowledge
* Google sheets knowledge
* Experience with QBO, specifically generating and sending invoices
* Experiencing building tools with AI to simplify/eliminate simple tasks
* Excellent verbal and written English
