JOB OVERVIEW

PREMIUM REEL & LUXURY VIDEO EDITOR — OVERNIGHT US SHIFT

We are Exposure It Real Estate Media, a fast-growing real estate media company in the United States. We work with top real estate agents and brokerages across multiple U.S. markets, creating premium photo, video, and short-form social content.

This is NOT a basic listing video role. We are hiring an editor who specializes in:

- Trend-driven agent reels (Instagram Reels / TikTok style)
- Luxury cinematic property videos
- Premium short-form content with text animations, AI transitions, head tracking
- High-end agent branding content

Reference work we aspire to: Four Horsemen Media, Studio 910, L ---------- , Nashville Media, Elevated Media. If you study these accounts already, we want to hear from you.

THE SCHEDULE

Work Hours: 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM US Eastern Time
In Philippine Time: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PHT
Days: Monday through Friday

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Edit agent reels and luxury videos to a premium standard during your shift
- Apply head tracking, AI transitions, kinetic text animations, signature effects
- Color grade from log footage (S-Log3, drone) using LUTs
- Build AI transitions using ChatGPT + Nano Banana + Kling 2.1
- Layer professional sound design (Ocular Sound, Aperture, Mechanica)
- Match each agent's existing brand (fonts, colors, pacing) — do not invent new looks
- Submit finished work for QC before the end of your shift
- Communicate daily with our team via Slack

REQUIRED SKILLS — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

You must already be proficient with:

1. Final Cut Pro (this is our primary editing software)
2. Motion VFX Design Studio (Kinetic Titles, MR Captions)
3. Ryan Nangle plugin pack (Smooth Transition Layers, Smooth Camera Zoom Pro, Dramatic Distortion, Black Hole)
4. Pixel Film Studios FCPX Stabilizer (for head tracking)
5. AI tools: ChatGPT, Nano Banana / Nano Banana Pro, Kling 2.1

You should also have:

- Strong color grading skills
- Frame-level timing accuracy (you understand WHY text appears 3-5 frames before a spoken word)
- Sound design instinct (you LAYER 2-3 SFX per ---------- nt, not just one)
- Strong written English for Slack communication
- Stable internet (50 Mbps down minimum)
- A Mac with M1 chip or newer
- Ability to work the 2 PM to 10 PM PHT shift consistently (this is non-negotiable)

If you have never used Motion VFX, Ryan Nangle, or AI tools like Kling — please do not apply yet. Build those skills first.

COMPENSATION

Full-Time (40 hrs/week): $1,200 to $1,500 USD per month
Part-Time (20 hrs/week): $600 to $800 USD per month

Starting salary depends on your portfolio strength and skill test results. Paid bi-weekly via Gusto.

90-day review with potential raise of up to $200/month (FT) or $100/month (PT) based on performance.

b) Why does syncing text 3-5 frames BEFORE the spoken word matter?
c) Describe a ---------- nt when you re-cut something because it "felt wrong" even though it was technically fine. What was wrong?

4. Confirm:
- You have a Mac with M1 chip or newer
- You have stable 50+ Mbps internet
- You can commit to the 2 PM to 10 PM PHT shift, Monday through Friday
