Direct2, a Part 135 private aviation operator, is seeking a highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to support our sales and charter operations team during evenings and weekends.
This role is critical to ensuring we capture time-sensitive opportunities, maintain exceptional responsiveness, and deliver a high-touch client experience outside of standard business hours.
We are looking for someone who can become a reliable extension of our team by keeping sales opportunities moving, maintaining accurate information, and supporting key business initiatives while our core team is offline.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to inbound requests received through JetInsight,
Provide prompt, polished, and professional communication to clients, brokers, and internal tea
Assist with preliminary quoting using established pricing guidelines and procedures
Escalate urgent or complex requests when necessary
Coordinate seamless handoffs for next-day follow-up and trip execution
Maintain accurate notes, updates, and activity tracking across company systems
Monitor trip changes and communicate internally if operational adjustments impact pricing, timing, or overall trip economics
Support weekly sales reporting and KPI tracking
Assist in measuring and reporting key metrics, including:
- Number of inbound inquiries received
- Response times
- Quotes issued
- Conversion rates
- Booked trips
- Lost opportunities and reasons
- Revenue generated (when applicable)
Represent the Direct2 brand with professionalism, consistency, and a service-first mindset
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in customer service, sales support, private aviation, dispatch, or a similar fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly responsive, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions within established guidelines
Comfortable learning new software systems and processes
Familiarity with JetInsight, Avinode, CRM platforms, or similar tools is a plus
Schedule:
Hours and responsibilities may expand based on performance and company growth.
Evenings and weekends (coverage structure to be defined)
