# Virtual Assistant – Commercial Roofing Outreach (Remote | Philippines)

## About Us

We are a growing commercial roofing company focused on helping property owners and facility managers identify roof issues before they turn into expensive problems. Our outreach strategy is different from traditional cold calling — we research buildings ahead of time, identify visible roofing concerns through aerial imagery, and contact businesses with a relevant reason for reaching out.

We are looking for a reliable, professional Virtual Assistant who is confident making outbound calls and sending follow-up emails.

## Position Overview

This role is primarily focused on outreach and lead generation. You will research commercial properties, contact businesses by phone and email, and help schedule roof inspections for our sales team.

This is not a high-pressure sales role. The goal is to start conversations, build rapport, and schedule qualified appointments.

## Responsibilities

* Make 25–30 outbound calls per day to commercial properties and businesses
* Use Google Maps and aerial imagery to identify buildings with potential roof issues
* Follow our “Ugly Roof Strategy” outreach process
* Speak with property managers, facility managers, business owners, or maintenance contacts
* Send follow-up emails with screenshots and inspection information
* Track outreach activity and results in Google Sheets or CRM software
* Update lead notes and contact information accurately
* Follow up consistently with prospects who do not answer initially
* Communicate daily with management regarding progress and appointments set

* Comfortable making outbound calls daily
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
* Ability to learn scripts and follow processes
* Comfortable using Google Maps, Google Sheets, CRMs, and email platforms
* Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, cold calling, or virtual assistance preferred

## Sample Outreach Approach

Instead of random cold calling, we contact businesses after identifying visible signs of roof deterioration such as:

* Ponding water
* Roof discoloration or staining
* Patchwork repairs
* Vegetation growth
* Debris buildup
* General roof wear and aging

The outreach is conversational and focused on offering a free inspection and professional opinion.
