JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing US-based DTC consumer brand in the health and wellness space. We scale primarily through paid social advertising and we need a full-time AI Creative Strategist based in the Philippines to help us produce a high volume of ad creative on an ongoing basis.
This is not a traditional design job. The single most important thing we're looking for is someone who is highly competent with AI creative tools, specifically ChatGPT Image 2.0, Nano Banana and AI video platforms like Higgsfield, Kling and Seedance.

IMPORTANT: If you're NOT already using these tools daily to produce real, polished content, this role is NOT FOR YOU.

The brand will be kept confidential until the interview stage.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll work directly with our creative lead and follow a clear, repeatable workflow:

Review how our current ads are performing and identify what's working and what isn't.
Research competitor brands, look at what rival companies are running in their ad accounts and identify patterns, hooks, formats, and angles that are performing well.

Use our foundational documents (product info, customer pain points, benefits, and messaging guides) to understand the product and come up with fresh copy ideas and creative angles.

Use ChatGPT Image 2.0 to produce final, launch-ready static ad images with the product correctly placed and copy (headline, subheadline, CTA) cleanly laid out. These need to be polished enough to run as live paid ads immediately.
Produce a high volume of statics daily.
We expect a minimum of 10-15 finished static ads per day. This is a fast-paced, high-output role.
Turn top-performing statics into short-form AI video ads using Higgsfield or Seedance — including AI UGC-style videos and animated claymation-style content.

Deliver organized, labeled batches of creative assets each week for review and testing.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
AI competency is the number one requirement — non-negotiable. You must be fluent in:

ChatGPT image 2.0 — creating realistic, product-accurate, copy-ready static ads
Higgsfield and/or Seedance — producing AI video, AI UGC, and claymation-style animated ads from statics or prompts

Beyond that, we're looking for someone who:

Can maintain a high daily output without sacrificing quality
Has a strong eye for what makes an ad stop the scroll
Can write short, punchy ad copy — headlines, hooks, CTAs
Is genuinely curious about marketing and pays attention to what other brands are doing
Is organized and reliable — can manage a daily creative pipeline independently
Communicates clearly in written English
Takes feedback quickly and iterates fast

Experience with DTC ecommerce brands

Hours: Full-time, flexible with some overlap during US Pacific time
