Your Role

We are looking for a FULL-TIME video editor and content assistant who can help us create engaging social media content across:

Instagram Reels

Facebook Reels
TikTok
YouTube Shorts
Long-form podcast content

You will help turn raw footage, podcasts, and day-to-day business content into powerful short-form videos that grab attention and keep viewers engaged.

Responsibilities
Edit short-form reels and videos
Add captions, sound effects, music, and transitions
Create strong hooks and fast-paced edits
Organize video files and content folders
Clip podcasts into short-form content
Help schedule and organize content
Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats
Work closely with our team to improve content quality over time
Skills We Are Looking For

Required:

Strong English communication
Experience editing reels/short-form content
Understanding of TikTok/Instagram pacing
Reliable internet and computer
Organized and detail-oriented
Fast turnaround times
Willingness to learn and improve

Preferred:

Experience with fitness or business content
Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut experience
Canva experience
Understanding of viral-style editing
Understanding of Alex Hormozi / modern social media editing styles
