JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Amazon Operations Specialist
Company: Velomix

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Amazon Operations Specialist to join Velomix and take ownership of our day-to-day Amazon engine. Velomix is a high-performance, innovation-driven fitness brand and the #1 best-selling protein shaker brand on Amazon US, now expanding into supplements and digital products.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who already knows Amazon inside out and wants to own results — not wait for step-by-step instructions.

Key Responsibilities
• Own daily Seller Central operations across marketplaces (US first; CA/EU as needed): listings, variations, catalog hygiene, account health, and policy compliance.
• Lead problem-solving on critical issues: suppressions, NCX, stranded/inactive SKUs, voice-of-customer, buy box, listing changes, hijackers, etc.
• Coordinate with the inventory/supply-chain team on FBA/AWD shipments, restock plans, and stock-out risk; maintain clear reorder and launch calendars.
• Manage and improve listing quality: images, copy, A+ content, brand store, and keywords — working with design, content, and PPC teams.
• Monitor performance and spot opportunities: sessions, CVR, CTR, TACoS inputs, SQP, pricing, and promo calendar.
• Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and dashboards so the system runs smoothly and can be delegated to junior tea ---------- mbers.
• Mentor and quality-check work of Junior Amazon Specialists and VAs.
• Drive and report weekly: key metrics, issues, root causes, and proposed fixes.

Skills & Experience
• 2+ years managing Amazon Seller Central for private label brands (PL model) with a strong track record in operations and catalog management.
• Deep familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Keepa, Sellerboard, and Amazon Business Reports; strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Confident handling: listing creation/variation, flat files, cases with Seller Support, FBA/AWD workflow, and account health.
• Data-driven mindset: able to pull numbers, interpret them, and turn them into clear actions.
• Excellent written and spoken English (upper-intermediate or higher).
• Fast, reliable internet and a solid laptop suitable for daily Amazon work.
• Personality: ownership-driven, proactive, low-ego, comfortable working remotely with minimal micromanagement.

Why Join Velomix?
• Work at a fast-growing, data-driven brand with real category leadership on Amazon.
• Senior role with clear impact on revenue, profit, and customer experience.
• Competitive salary, with growth based on performance and ownership.
• Remote work with flexible hours, collaborating with a global team.

Video Questions
Answer all three questions in your video recording.
Question 1 — Account Management & Problem Solving
Walk me through how you manage a typical day inside Amazon Seller Central.
Can you share a specific example where you identified and resolved a critical issue (such as listing suppression, stranded inventory, or account health risk)? What steps did you take and what was the outcome?

Question 2 — Data-Driven Growth
Explain how you use data to improve product performance on Amazon.
Which key metrics do you prioritize (e.g., conversion rate, CTR, TACoS), and can you give a real example of how your analysis led to a measurable improvement in sales or profitability?

Question 3 — Scaling & Strategy
If you were given a top-selling product that has plateaued, how would you scale it further?
Please outline your approach across listing optimization, PPC, pricing, and inventory management.
