JOB OVERVIEW

WORK HOURS: Wednesday–Sunday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Toronto Time (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
PAY: Php 25,000/month + performance bonuses
JOB TYPE: Full-time, long-term
LOCATION: Remote (Philippines only)

Snaptique is one of Canada’s leading photo booth and experiential event companies. We provide unique photo booth experiences for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and brand activations across Canada.

This role focuses primarily on weddings and private events.
You will often be the first human interaction a client has with Snaptique. Strong communication, warmth, organization, and follow-up skills are extremely important in this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a task-only Virtual Assistant role.
We are hiring a Wedding Sales & Client Care Coordinator who is comfortable building relationships with clients and confidently communicating through email, text messaging, and phone calls throughout the sales process.
The goal of this role is not just replying to inquiries. The goal is helping move conversations toward bookings while creating an excellent client experience.
You must be comfortable following up consistently and keeping conversations active without waiting for clients to chase you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond quickly to new wedding and private event inquiries
Prepare accurate quotes and explain booth options clearly
Follow up consistently through email, text messaging, and occasional phone calls
Keep leads organized so no inquiry gets missed
Help guide clients toward booking decisions
Collect retainers and assist with booking completion
Answer questions about packages, availability, and event logistics
Hand off confirmed bookings smoothly to the operations team
Maintain a friendly, proactive, and professional communication style

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
2+ years of client-facing sales or customer support experience
Previous experience working with Canada- or US-based companies
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable communicating by phone and text messaging
Comfortable following up consistently with clients
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to manage many conversations at once
Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
Available Wednesday–Sunday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Toronto time

THIS ROLE IS NOT
Not a task-only VA role
Not a “wait for instructions” position
Not suitable for someone uncomfortable with follow-ups
Not suitable for someone who avoids phone conversations with clients
