JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Illustrator / Graphic Designer with strong experience in packaging design. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for branding, layout, and print production, and can create packaging concepts from initial artwork up to final production-ready files.

WORKING HOURS: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST

Responsibilities:

Design packaging artwork for products, labels, and retail materials
Create packaging mockups and presentation visuals
Prepare accurate dielines and production-ready print files
Ensure files meet printing and manufacturing specifications
Adapt designs across different product variants and sizes
Collaborate with creative teams and suppliers to maintain quality and consistency

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Illustrator specializing in packaging design
Strong portfolio showcasing packaging projects, mockups, and print-ready artwork
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign

Strong understanding of:
Packaging layouts
Dielines
CMYK color setup
Print production processes
Prepress requirements
Ability to create realistic packaging mockups and presentation materials
High attention to detail and file organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have
Experience working with printers or packaging manufacturers
Knowledge of product photography or 3D mockups
Knowledge in 3d printing
