JOB OVERVIEW

Elevation Individual & Family Therapy is a growing mental health organization seeking a creative, organized, and dependable Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our digital presence and online marketing efforts.
We are looking for someone who is highly responsive, detail-oriented, visually creative, and able to help execute social media and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
This role will work closely with our Marketing Coordinator and leadership team to support content creation, scheduling, digital engagement, branding consistency, and online visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Support

Create and schedule content for:

Instagram

Facebook

TikTok

LinkedIn

Pinterest (optional)

Assist with caption writing and hashtag research

Create engaging reels, graphics, and story content

Maintain consistent branding across platforms

Assist with content planning and scheduling calendars

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design graphics using Canva

Create flyers, promotional materials, and event graphics

Edit short-form video content and reels

Resize and repurpose content for multiple platforms

Organize digital assets and folders

Website & SEO Support

Update therapist profiles and website content

Upload blogs and website updates

Assist with basic SEO optimization

Update Google Business information

Ensure online directories remain accurate and current

Marketing Support

Assist with campaign launches

Support promotions for therapy groups, events, and programs

Help monitor social media engagement and analytics

Assist with email marketing tasks as needed

Communicate regularly regarding project progress and deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

Strong English communication skills

Experience managing social media platforms professionally

Experience using Canva

Basic video editing experience

Organized and detail-oriented

Reliable internet connection

Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Ability to work independently while remaining communicative

Preferred:

Experience supporting healthcare, therapy, wellness, or service-based businesses

Familiarity with:

Meta Business Suite

Google Business

SEO basics

WordPress or website editing platforms

Airtable, Trello, ClickUp, or project management tools

Experience creating reels or short-form video content
